Since its inception, Deltron LLC. has been a pioneer in the development of solid state power supplies. Our standard product line encompasses a wide range of linear and switching power supplies, including power factor corrected, hot-swappable, and redundant units. We offer modified standard power supplies and fully-customized designs to meet highly specialized requirements. Deltron products serve a variety of markets, including telecommunications, test and measurement, factory automation, and medical equipment.

Facilities

Deltron's headquarters are located in Hatfield , Pennsylvania , and the production arm, “Corporacion Delinc” is located in Reynosa , Mexico . Delinc is certified to ISO 9001:2000 through TUV. Encompassing 30,000 square feet of manufacturing area, our production facilities include fully automated computer-controlled equipment performing key processes such as component selection, through hole mounting and SMT, wave soldering, and aqueous cleaning. Specialized production lines facilitate rapid hand assembly operations. Computerized test equipment performs the full complement of electrical measurements required for analog circuits. Calibration is in accordance with ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994.

Corporacion Delinc's state of the art manufacturing equipment provides total vertical integration. The in-house sheet metal department features computerized punching, bending, and processing equipment for complete chassis and case production. Additional facilities include high temperature burn-in rooms, environmental chambers and a machine shop for custom fixtures and tooling. A fully-equipped Lindgren RF screen room enables us to assure conformance to conductive EMI specifications, and the state-of-the-art GTEM Cell and associated test equipment permit thorough evaluation of radiated EMI.

Engineering and Design

Deltron's analog engineers bring innovation and technological expertise to the design process, ensuring that our products satisfy customer requirements while meeting the highest standards of quality and safety, including UL, CSA, EN, IEC, BSI, VDE, FCC, Bellcore, and CE. Fully-equipped laboratory facilities and specialized computer software permit comprehensive design validation, testing, and circuit simulation. Our engineering, manufacturing, and sales staff work together, in partnership with each customer, to coordinate and guide product development from initial specification development through production. This team approach continues after purchase with application engineering support to optimize performance of our products under demanding usage conditions.
